1. Working principle of mineral concentrate jig
Our patent mineral concentrate jig is widely used to separate nugget gold, gemstone, diamond and other precious stones.
The mineral concentration jig works on the principle of lever, which means when one separating chamber goes up, the other will go down and vice versa, and the above cycle repeats itself continuously.
The lighter minerals like sand will be flushed away by water, and the heavier minerals like gold and diamond will sink down and stay on the alloy mesh due to the gravity difference.
